What is HIIT?
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. A complete HIIT workout can be done in just 20-30 minutes.
Beginner HIIT Workout
Warm up for 5 minutes, then alternate 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest for each exercise: Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, High Knees, and Squat Jumps.
